Our Policy

Whyalla Country Inn Motel requires at least  48 hrs notice of cancellation. Any less than 48hrs and first night of accommodation will be charged. 


We have a NO REFUND policy for in-house guests. We have an onsite staff that is always happy to help you, as well as, we have taken an innovative step of employing virtual receptionists - an overseas staff  assisting  you via Skype during the check-in process.
 

Please be reminded that additional fee of $100 will be charged for rooms left in extremely dirty conditions.  A surcharge of 2.0% applies for Visa and Master credit card transactions.

Take Note:

We do not provide meals but have a fully equipped kitchen free for our guests to use as well as a number of restaurants within easy walking distance. Super convenient for travellers!
