Payment Policy

•   Rates are subject to change without prior notice. 
•  Guests MUST present valid passport or driver's license upon check-in. Failure to present valid documents will result in denied check-in with no refund. 

We accept CC payments: Visa and Master card.  Cash is also accepted for walk-in clients. 

Please note that a surcharge of 1.0% applies for Visa and Master credit card transactions.

Non-refundable  

• The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel anytime.  
• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price anytime. 
• Please note that all deposit payment and additional charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable as well as those bookings that falls during Holiday weeks and Special Events.
   

Please be reminded that additional fee of $100 will be charged for rooms left in extremely dirty conditions.  A surcharge of 1.0% applies for Visa and Master credit card transactions.
